Public administration was an important activity of the Michigan State University Group. Under the auspices of the National Institute of Administration, MSU faculty trained South Vietnamese civil servants in administration, accounting, law, civics, economics, and a range of other subjects. Under the Participant Training Program, some civil servants also traveled to East Lansing to study at Michigan State University.3646 Records
